RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.

 

We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.

 

Ø RETURN POLICY

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 14 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our office/factory at:

In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. After 14 days of the initial purchase date of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customers.

l  Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.

l  Return the new, unopened items to us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

l   Simply contact our support team at [email protected] if you have any questions regarding your return.

l   For any product valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

l   Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.

l   Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.

l   Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we cannot accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.

l   Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).

l  We only provide store credit for items purchased with a discount or discount code of 25% or more, from our full retail price.

 

Note: Mangoms.com reserves the right of any changes to the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

EXCEPTION:

The right of return/withdrawal does not apply to: 

·     Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we cannot accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our return address (listed above).

Ø EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT

When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the Item is damaged, the customer has to send photos or a video within 48 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival).

In this case, we will reship a new item and the customer shall return the product as per our return policy.

Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.

·        We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.

·        Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

·        Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.

·        All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and a store credit issued by Mangoms cannot be exchanged or refunded. All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.

·        The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
